  • Oh Fish! is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


5. Order Tracking:

  • Customers will receive tracking details (if applicable) once the order is shipped.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify us within an hour of delivery with proof (photos and order details) for resolution.
